Privacy Policy
Effective July 18, 2026
ryfie LLC operates the ryfie command center at command.ryfie.com. This policy explains how the service handles information when an authorized user signs in, creates content, or connects a social account.
Information we handle
- Administrator identifiers and security records used to authenticate and protect the service.
- Commands, generated drafts, visual assets, schedules, approval decisions, and audit events.
- Connected account information supplied by social platforms, such as Page or professional account identifiers, display names, permissions, and access tokens.
How we use information
We use this information to operate the command center, generate requested content, display previews, schedule and publish approved posts, maintain security and audit history, and provide support.
Service providers and sharing
Information may be processed by hosting, database, security, and AI service providers as needed to provide the service. Approved publishing actions send the selected content to the connected social platform. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the service and its users.
Security and retention
We use HTTPS, restricted administrative access, signed HTTP-only sessions, and encrypted storage for connected-account tokens. We retain information while it is needed to operate the service and may keep limited security, audit, or legal records after a connection is removed.
Your choices
You can disconnect a social account from the command center. To request access, correction, or deletion, email [email protected]. See our data deletion instructions.
Children
The service is not directed to children under 13.
